A. Vision and Mission Statements for Investors

- Mission: Every investor should be able to invest in right investment products based on their needs, manage and monitor them to meet their goals, access reports and enjoy financial wellness.
B. Business Transacted by the Research Analyst
- Publish research reports based on research activities of the RA.
- Provide an independent unbiased view on securities.
- Offer unbiased recommendation with disclosure of financial interests.
- Provide research recommendations based on analysis of publicly available info.
- Conduct annual audits.
- Ensure advertisements comply with the Advertisement Code.
- Maintain records of all client interactions, including pre-onboarding conversations.
C. Services Provided to Investors
- Onboarding of Clients:
- Sharing of terms and conditions of research services.
- Completing KYC of fee-paying clients.
- Disclosure to Clients:
- Disclose material information including business activity, disciplinary history, terms, associates, risks, and conflicts of interest.
- Disclose use of AI tools, if any.
- Disclose third-party conflicts when distributing their reports.
- Disclose own conflicts of interest.
- Distribute research reports without discrimination.
- Maintain confidentiality until public release.
- Respect data privacy rights and protect confidential info.
- Disclose service timelines and follow them.
- Provide caution for high-risk products/services.
- Treat clients with honesty and integrity.
- Keep client information confidential unless legally required or permitted.
D. Grievance Redressal Mechanism
- Contact the Research Analyst for resolution within 21 days.
- File complaints via:
- SCORES 2.0 – SEBI’s platform.
- Email to RAASB’s official contact.
- Escalation Levels:
- 1st: RAASB
- 2nd: SEBI
- Use SMARTODR for online conciliation/arbitration.
- For physical complaints:

F. Responsibilities of Investors
Do’s:- Deal with SEBI-registered Research Analysts only.
- Verify valid registration number via SEBI website.
- Pay fees through bank and take signed receipts.
- Check disclosures before investing.
- Use CeFCoM for payment if applicable.
- Ask questions and clear doubts before acting.
- Seek guidance for high-risk products.
- Know your right to stop service any time.
- Provide feedback on service quality.
- Report assured return offers to SEBI.
- Don’t hand over funds to the Research Analyst.
- Don’t believe in guaranteed returns or market rumors.
- Don’t fall for offers, gifts, or discounts.
- Never share login credentials of your trading, demat or bank accounts.
