1) Scope

Stock Wyse provides subscription-based, digital research and advisory content. Because access is delivered electronically and value is provided continuously, these services are generally non-refundable once activated.

2) When refunds are not available

  • After your subscription or service access has begun or any advisory communication has been delivered.
  • For partial periods (proration) once a billing cycle has started.
  • For dissatisfaction with market outcomes or performance (we do not provide assured returns).

3) Limited exceptions we will consider

  • Duplicate or accidental payment for the same plan.
  • Technical/payment failure where funds were debited but access was not provided.
  • Fraudulent/unauthorized transaction on your instrument (subject to supporting bank/UPI proof).

Approved refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank/UPI timelines.

4) Cancellations & renewals

  • You can request cancellation of the next billing cycle any time before renewal. Current/active cycles remain non-refundable.
  • If your plan auto-renews, submit cancellation at least 24 hours before the renewal time to avoid the next charge.

Please include: registered name, phone, plan name/tenure, payment reference/UTR, date, and a brief note (e.g., duplicate charge).

6) Chargebacks

If a dispute is raised directly with your bank/UPI app, please also notify us. We can usually resolve billing issues faster when you contact us first with transaction details.

7) Important disclosures

  • Investment in securities/derivatives involves market risk. We do not claim or provide assured/guaranteed returns, profit sharing, or commitment plans.
  • Payments must be made only to the company’s designated accounts; we do not accept payments to personal accounts.

8) Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy to reflect operational or regulatory changes. The effective date will appear at the top of this page.
